Game Mechanics

Cyber Stadium is a 100% on chain game that uses custom smart contracts we developed, and Chainlink for randomized matchmaking, loot, and combat engines.

When creating Cyber Stadium, we kept the following principles in mind:

  • Make an NFT game that most NFT maxi's can play

  • Doesn't take hours of your time every day

  • Not crazy skill based

  • Has elements of Risk vs Reward, RNG, and a secondary market.

Cyber Stadium is an auto-battler where each day, every player in Cyber Stadium will fight another player.

There are two arenas players can fight in: Training Grounds and Cyber Stadium.

Training Grounds is a non-permadeath arena where you fight other players to win loot boxes. Loot boxes give your player gear, which is automatically equipped to your Gladiator in the case it is an upgrade. If you lose your battle, you also receive a loot box with slightly less odds of a high roll than a winners box. When minted, Gladiators will default into the Training Grounds.

Cyber Stadium is a permadeath arena where you fight other players to win a portion of the Cyber Stadium rewards pool. Winners and losers will receive a piece of the prize pool, with losers having their NFT burnt and winners keeping their NFT. Players must stake their Gladiator into Cyber Stadium to participate in this arena.

The daily rewards emission in Cyber Stadium is 1% of the total rewards pool. All primary sales, secondary commissions, loot boxes purchases, etc. go towards the Cyber Stadium rewards pool.

At the end of the battle sequence each day, players who died will have a chance to mint a new Gladiator for a few hours. If they do not mint, the opportunity will extend to our rolling allowlist, and eventually the public. There will never be more Gladiators in existence than the initial supply.

After the game has started, newly minted Gladiators will have a chance to buy catch-up loot boxes (up to 80% of current looted gladiators) for a limited time after mint to help them catch up to the competition.
